Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and cleared.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Main Cities (e.g. Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 1–3 business days
- Outlying Areas / Rural Locations: 2–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and location.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- AidPoint may offer free delivery on selected orders or promotions, where applicable.
Courier Services
We make use of trusted third-party courier partners to ensure reliable delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Requirements
- A valid delivery address and contact number must be provided.
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect details or absence, additional delivery charges may apply.
Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- Public holidays or strikes
AidPoint will not be held liable for delays outside of our control but will always assist in tracking and resolving issues.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the package and contents
- Include your order number
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or solution where applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Collection Option (If Applicable)
If you offer collections (you can keep or remove this section):
- Orders may be collected from our location by prior arrangement
- You will be notified when your order is ready for collection

AidPoint is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
